14-Day Money-Back Guarantee All our products are digital (eBooks and audiobooks). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund Email us at ianrenworth@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
You do not need to return anything, and we don't ask complicated questions. We simply want you to be happy with your purchase.
Refund processing Once your request is approved, we will refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After 14 days Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible, unless required by applicable law.
Bundles If you purchased a bundle, the refund applies to the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual items in a bundle are not available.
Technical issues If your files don't download, won't open, or you didn't receive your delivery email, contact us first. We'll resend your files or fix the issue right away.
Misuse We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of clear abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
